are digital products delivered electronically.
Because of this, all sales are considered final once access is granted.
No Guaranteed Refunds
Due to the nature of digital trading software and instant access:

Refunds are not guaranteed

Refunds are not automatic

Past performance does not qualify as grounds for a refund
Trading results vary and are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including broker conditions, spreads, slippage, market volatility, and user settings.
Subscription Cancellations
For subscription-based products:

You may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle

Canceling a subscription does not issue a refund for the current billing period

Access remains active until the end of the paid term
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, a refund may be reviewed at our sole discretion if:

There is a verified technical issue preventing product access

The issue cannot be resolved by our support team
Refunds will not be issued for:

Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Permanent ban from future CPC services
